Terms of Service.

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Live360 mobile application ("App") operated by TOSS (The Otherside Studios) ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Live360, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Live360 is a social presence application that allows you to:

• Form friendship circles and approve trusted connections.
• Share your real-time app activity using iOS and Android device APIs.
• Toggle visibility with Ghost Mode and individual app status controls.
• View your friends' recent status and activity markers.
• Communicate and coordinate social interactions based on live presence.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Managing your friendship circles and the visibility permissions you grant others.
• Choosing a secure app environment and keeping your account credentials private.
• Complying with all local, state, and national laws while using Live360.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Live360 to:

• Harass, stalk, or abuse any other user.
• Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or disrupt our presence servers.
• Impersonate any person or entity without authorization.
• Use the App's presence features for illegal surveillance of others.

5. Subscription & Payment

Live360 offers premium features on a subscription basis. All payments are processed via Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. We do not provide refunds; please refer to your respective app store's billing policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TOSS (The Otherside Studios) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Live360. We do not guarantee 100% uptime of our presence sync servers or the absolute accuracy of status indicators.
